Focus Chart

I was doing some browsing on-line on Nikon equipment yesterday (Christmas is just around the corner) and came across this link Nikon D70 Focus Chart
I wondered if anyone here has actually used this to calibrate their Nikon or just taken some test shots out of curiosity. I admit I was so curious that I printed it out and took some shots. After looking at the shots and according to this, my D7000 is back focusing by a tad.
Not really loosing any sleep over it, but was wondering if this is a true test or just another one of those "tests" that are so flawed that they really mean nothing and just create more confusion and paranoia.

By the way...I couldn't be happier with my D7000

I've actually used this on my D200, and it works, believe it or not. Mine is spot on......no problems whatsoever.

That's great.
I think I'll dial in some adjustment to try to bring the focus a bit further forward.
The shots indicate about 4mm back focus. I can always dial it back if I don't like the results later
