Confused help

Been trying to take bird pictures and can't really find a setting to get them in movement

Nikon d5300

Tamron 150-600mm

Shooting birds that are still and trying to do moving ones too but all pics come out blurry and no focus...any ideas? Thanks!

Let's start with this... What auto-focus settings are you using?

I would suggest understanding what it is first. I don't mean that to sound unfriendly, but you will have much more fun and success when you understand the basics. STUDY those links Fish posted. THEN read the manual. The manual will make a lot more sense once you learn those basics.
