First rule of editing; you have 15 seconds (yes just 15) to engage your viewer! That's it!
I gave you 45 and bailed. You lost me with 45 seconds of a dirt driveway - I actually can't tell you what the rest of the video is?
Your title needs to be in that first 15 as well. When one says "ranch" show something non"raunchy" i.e. Livestock, outbuildings, Cowboys...something that says this video is about a ranch and you need to watch the rest.

Thanks You for your response, much appreciated.
More important than your "first rule" is my customer is always right, he wanted the entire 3/4 mile driveway, I don't do this as a hobby.
