Settings?

Hi :)

I registered here a while ago but, I'm only just starting to get the use of my camera, I would like to take shots of my indoor potted plants but, they always look dull & boring, can anyone recommend settings for doing this please, thank you.

Are there any blurry issues or are they just boring? If they are sharp and clear, try the vivid setting in your camera or learn more about post processing to make them pop a little more. You could post some pictures here and get more specific advice. List your shutter, aperture and iso in case it does not come through with the picture.

Also, if you can, move the potted plants near a window for better lighting.
