SD Picture controls ?

What settings do you guy's use ?

I have mine set up for RAW+JPEG. Slot 1 is RAW only Slot 2 is RAW+JPEG and I have image quality set at RAW+Fine and I size the JPEG files at medium because I only rarely use them for things at Church.

RAW+Jpeg Fine and standard for the Picture Control. Since I tend to edit the RAW files, and not the jpegs, I don't adjust the +1, +2 etc. I'd rather have control over the saturation. When I shot jpeg, I found the Vivid Picture Control was a little too fake in its color, and it especially doesn't work well for skin tones (too red).

I use RAW+jpg (normal) with 1->2 set on overflow. But all that may change soon as I reconsider how much I really need jpg at all. Typically I used to edit RAW in LR, but with WiFi to my phone I have started pushing jpg's out to social media with just a quick edit on my phone. So many options to consider!
