Nikon 70-200 2.8 or Sigma 150-500

I realize these are 2 totally different animals but I may have a chance to pick up one or the other for almost the same price roughly 650 CDN.
I shoot a D750 and D7000, enjoy low light and some action(70-200) but on occasion shoot [COLOR=#AC0000 !important][COLOR=#AC0000 !important]wild [COLOR=#AC0000 !important]life[/COLOR][/COLOR][/COLOR].(15-500)
I have a 24mm 1.8 for landscape and night and the 28-300 as a walk around lens.
