Nice, Pete! So how do you like the combo of your D7100 with the 70-300mm? Makes them lighter to carry than your longer telephoto lens.

Yes, much lighter. I could have used the D750/70-300 combo as well, but I didn't know if it would have been enough before I went on the grounds. It was a pretty bright sunny day , so i wasn't worrying about pushing ISO.
