Live sync photos with computer

Is there a way to shoot photos with the D750, and wirelessly monitor on my iMac? Im shooting a family reunion this weekend and thought it would be a plus for someone to monitor pics on my computer as I took them. Thanks- Robert

I done this with my D7K before I realize Lightroom could do it wired. Yes you can do this wirelessly with Eyefi and set up a folder on the iMac that it will send to. Should be straight forward.
