possible to use a micro sd card with an adapter in a D750?

just curious if it will work. buffer and speed isnt an issue. just curious if you use a card in an adapter will work.

It'll work, but it'll be noticeably slow saving files.

I agree that it should work my friend, but I also believe it will be a pretty slow card. But as long as you already have it, it should be worth trying out to see how much it slows things down.

What's the point in buying a two-thousand-dollar camera, and not spending a little bit on a suitable memory card to go with it?

I personally have no need for an sd card format since I dont own any camera using it. last week I was at a wedding and the videog ran (using D750) out of memory and they also use a micro sd card for another piece a gear as well. my thought was to hold a spare set in my bag just in case like last weeks wedding. just curious regarding it working in the D750. cheers. thanks for the help.

and even me as a pro, speed is not a concern. ive used 133x cf cards for weddings and it was fine. so speed is irrelevant.
