Photoshop elements 14

Thinking of purchasing Photoshop elements 14 in a few weeks time. Should I buy a disk version or buy a software download. Any advantage or disadvantage over these two options. Thanks

No real advantage to the disk unless you don't have good internet. The disk version will likely want to download an update anyway if there are any available.
Sometimes you might find a better price on the disk version. Back when I used Elements, I could usually catch a good price on Amazon if I watched for a few weeks.

OK, thanks Nick. I never thought about the disk may want to update. I will keep a watch on Amazon for a good deal.

I bought the disk because it was on sale. Included with the disk was instructions on how to download the software in case you want to load it on a pc that doesn't have a cd drive. I like having the disk(s)

I think you can install on 2 systems, disk or download.

Its an Amazon price watcher. Click on the flag to switch countries. You can see a price history to decide if its worth waiting on. Set up an alert if you want, they have never spammed me.
When I have bought the disk in the past, I installed the trial, then just add the serial number when the disk comes in.
