Trouble loading photos to my Gallery.

About a week ago I uploaded a photo to my gallery, with no trouble at all. Ever since when I click to upload my image I always get the message "unable to find page" My OS is Windows10 and google my default search engine. I even copied and pasted the link for the upload page to a new google search window. I still get "unable to find page" http://nikonites.com/gallery/upload.php#axzz45HZ7o1RF is the upload link I copied and pasted the search window. Even went to the nikonites.com site and tried from there, same result.
Can anyone help?

I just clicked on the above link and it for some reason that I can not explain sent me to the right upload page and I was able to upload a photo no trouble at all.
I will try to upload more images later and see how it goes.
