12 HRS of Sebring.

Anyone love the 12 hrs of Sebring and attending this year ?

I went to the 24 hours of Daytona this year instead of Sebring. I didn't even know that fire was happening, i was down at 2-3-4 with my back to the hairpin. I was completely oblivious to the fire till my parents started texting me to see if I had seen it.

That fire happened last year. It was painful to watch.

Yes it was, as I get older all my memories seem to run together. Sorry for any confusion I may have caused.

Love the lighting on that one. Nice pan shot really shows the speed.

Heres one from the practice sessions a few weeks ago, no cloud cover at noon, brutal sunlight, the forecast for next week is mostly cloudy, Im really going to focus hard on the photography this year, hopefully my arthritic ankle holds up and I can get everywhere I need to go.

Any particular reason for F36 and ISO 800? absolutely sunny like that it usually f11-13, iso 100, 1/200th

Nice work. I would LOVE to shoot a race like that. I need to step up to shoot in Detroit this year...

The ISO was my fault resulting in the higher f stop to get the exposure down.

A little tweaking to the blacks and shadows, drag down the highlights a bit and you should be golden.
