Saving Video...

So I've done some video for a friedn and I want to edit the audio, which I can do just fine. My problem is that I just want to save the audio I've edited with the video.

The original file is around 1gb. After I save it, it jumps up to nearly 100gb!!!

What am I doing wrong?

I'm shooting on a D7100, video format comes out as a .MOV, 1080p with 48khz audio.

He wants to do the editing, but I need to do the sound for him.

I don't know what is wrong, but you should recheck your output format choices. Try something else.

The D7100 MOV file is h.264 mpeg-4, and could be 1920x1080 60i or 30p, or 1280x720 60p.

Your output might selecting 4K or 60p or something much larger?
