Looking for some guidance

I see videos made at Disney World and different locations that can zoom in and out and stay in focus and also work well in low light situations. I am looking for something that will do this easily without doing a lot of work. I do not have a smart phone and I am thinking maybe some kind of simple point and shoot.

Any suggestions or ideas that I can check out!
