Unfortunately, I only have one kidney I can sell to buy another camera, can't sell both so I won't be buying this one yet. :)

I can hear thousands of multi-terabyte hard drives screaming in agony and despair as they realize that they will be filled up in mere days and then sent to the archived drives shelf, to be covered in dust and perhaps never to be run again.

50K is a hefty price tag for the privelege of running out of memory every week!

Yeah, it would certainly eat up your drive space quickly. Though, this type of camera is best suited for studio work; therefore, i'm not sure it would get the same mileage as lets say a D300.
