Thought as there are so many effects out there we can apply i would start a thread,this is called wind but it reminds me of stargate

I use the "Enlarge" affect a lot. Some people call it the crop tool.

Between this, and the oil painting effect, you'll never have to worry about high ISO noise any more..

The tower is just a neg of the actual colors. The towhee head is the canvas effect in the PS artistic filters after normal pp stuff.

This is a fun thread, but it would really be more interesting to me if you posted the process/filter you used to obtain what you are posting. Just a thought.

The D5500 special effect that I like the most is Photo Illustration. I think this is what I used here but I'm not sure how to check now.
