I used a filter in CS5 to achieve the look in this photo but for the life of me, I'm unable to locate the filter again. Does anyone recognize this filter?
Are you very sure it's a filter? It looks like the "image<ajustment<HDR" adjustment. Try it on the original file to see if you couldn't reproduce your result with it.
