No 60/30 FPS for Movie settings? Please help!

Hello! I am new to photography and purchased a D3300 a few months ago.

For some reason, my camera only lets me record in the following:
1080p; 50/25/24 fps
720p; 50 fps
424p; 25 fps.

This camera is advertised as being able to record in 60 and 30 FPS, isn't it?
So, has anyone else had this problem? I would really appreciate some help here.

Your Setup menu has a Video Mode.... Yours must be set to PAL (for Europe and others). If you change it to be NTSC, you will see the 30 and 60 fps choices for North America.

See page 38 of the manual on how to change the camera from PAL to NTSC.

And since you are in California you need to be shooting NTSC anyway.
