Quick Photoshop CC question

In Elements 11 i can undo loads of edits in the edit menu,with CC i can only undo one,can this be changed i have looked in preferences but cant find the option.

You have to open the History panel. Then you can go back up and delete from almost any point up to the opening. Look in the window's menu I think and open history. It looks like a traffic light pictogram and normally should be in the upper right corner above the layers window, depending on how your panels are arranged.

Or you can use 'step backward' and 'step forward' in the Edit menu. There are convenient keyboard shortcuts for these (alt-cmd-Z on a Mac).
