Thought I should say hello, a relative new convert to the Nikon system, started with micro 4/3rds, but my main interest is my sons junior soccer and a bit of motorsport, none of which my earlier system was particularly well suited...
Have worked my way through a bit of Nikon equipment already, but suffice to say it all started with a black Friday purchase of a D3200 with kit lens. Found it a surprisingly good camera but I quickly outgrew it..
Now happy with a low mileage D300 body and a 70-300mm AFS as my main go to sports outfit... Now have a couple of primes and a 18-140 walkabout lens, not that I do much walking about...
Suspect I will be found in the D300 sub forum from time to time. Been following this forum for a while, seems to be particularly friendly and good natured. ~
