Should I worry about picture control settings if am shooting raw and going to fix in post?

If yes, what's settings should I use for family shots?

Thanks

The point of raw is to make such adjustments AFTER you can see it, and know what it needs and what will help, and can judge results.

In Adobe raw, several choices of Camera Profile are under the little icon that looks like a black camera, called Calibration. Personally, I wouldn't mess with the calibration tools, but Camera Profile is also there, and a default is used, regardless if you selected it or not. You can change the Default (like in the camera), or you can select what the actual picture actually needs.
