sigma 55-200m f4.5-5.6 dc lens, anyone got one and can give me a review on how good it is? I've found one for sale for £40 is it worth it?

This is not a great lens, but for under 70 dollars I don't know that I can recommend anything else. Note that if you're planning to use this on a D3200, auto focus will not work as this lens has no focus motor.
If I were you I'd look for a deal on the Nikon AF-S DX 55-200mm f/4-5.6G ED or maybe even the newer VR version of this lens. Since both have been superseded by the VRII version, there will most likely be some good deals floating around. It is a sharper lens, and you'll have auto-focus (which is pretty important in a zoom with these focal lengths).
