Raynox DCR 250

I'm in the market for one of these (or happy to listen to alternative suggestions) for use with my Tamron 90mm macro.

Two questions:

1. Do I need to buy a specific size or does the "one-size-fits-all" rule apply?
2. Anyone in New Zealand know where I can source one locally?

One size fits all. I do think the DCR 250 is a better choice than the 50D route I tried to do.
