Portraits with the new 85mm f1.8

I wanted to try out my new 85 on the 810 and we had a garden party at the weekend so I took the opportunity to grab some images of my niece as well as three of the other ladies that are friends and attended.

I am very pleased with the results from this combo.

SO hard to choose between this lens, the 105mm macro or the Tokina 11-16mm right now, and you're not helping! This lens in the right hands is quite the nice addition to the bag!

I am very happy with this lens and it works well with the D810 and is very good value for money and despite a lot of plastic does feel robust.

Mine just arrived yesterday and I can't wait to try it out on my D750. IQ and bokeh look great
