project 365 by newbie!!

ok so this trhread is more like project whenever. so here are a couple pics i chose.

decided to try my macro shots in manual mode. turned out pretty good.

going to a lot of parks this year. went to watkins glen again yesterday. got some better pics.

my first lightning attempt. was expecting more out of the storm. but this all there was.

WOW! I am impressed with your incredible sense of timing! So many people completely miss this drama inherent in getting a lightning shot just BEFORE the actual lightning strike!

Hahahahaha! Absolutely LOVE the sarcasm!!!! Way too funny. I have been trying to get a lightening photo too, one of my goals, but I have only got the same results as Newbshooter. Lets keep trying!!!

the lightning was a VERY close 2nd.

here is my shot of the day. i took about 20 shots. when i touched them up they all had a different look all together. This building is the cooling tower for thermometer tubes used in the early 1900s.

This is a beautiful shot!

How-ever, there appears to be a spot about 1/4 of the way over from the left to the right at the very top of the image.

You might need to clean your sensor.

And you need to finish your profile!!!

i didnt see any spots in the rest. strange!! also some of my profile got dumped some how. re-did it. i had fun with these pictures. went to the top of the parking garage to get them.
