How do you upload or transfer D7000 photos to an iPhone for posting on Instagram? Is there a connector? Wireless?

You have to go through your computer and iTunes.

Is that the only way? I am looking at a wireless card reader, that also serves as storage and wireless hub By RAVPower, and thought/hoped it might work, but the D7000 has no Wireless, correct?

Was also looking at the Apple Camera Connector Kit?

With an iPad, you can get the USB adapter and connect the camera or the SD card adapter. I don't think that will work on an iPhone, but I've never tried it, and I can't find our adapter right now to try it. (For certain, it didn't work on older iPhones, but I don't know about newer Lightning-connector iPhones.)

You can download them to your computer and send them to Dropbox and then open dropbox on your phone and save them there
