B&W with a touch of colour

We were in Bourton-on-the-water (The Cotswolds) on Sunday and I took the D810+24-120 f4, very contrasty light and cold and full of tourists so we are lucky having this on our own doorstep.

I left a touch of colour in some of the images just for effect.

It's called Selective Coloring.

Sometimes for me there are images that just work with a primary B&W feel and a touch of colour just to emphasize part of the image.

My personal favourite is the lady taking the image with the mobile phone, it is indicative of today's trend and the reason why camera sales will never be the same again.
