Wireless Mic for d3300?

I'm looking for recommendations for a wireless mic setup for my d3300. I've done some searching, but it seems the products and prices are all over the place. I will be shooting videos for Youtube in an indoor shop. I really have no idea what to look for! Any help would be appreciated!

I just cut the earbuds off of a hands-free set and made my own lavalier mic. I record to my smartphone, then sync it up in post.
