Tamron af 70-300mm f4-5.6 Di LD Macro 1:2

Hi! I'm using a Nikon d5200 and i'm just wondering if Tamron af 70-300mm f4-5.6 Di LD Macro 1:2 will work fine with it. Any suggestions?

If its this one it should be OK as it has a focus motor built in.
