Hey Guys,
I'm going to cut a long story short.
Pretty much, even though I have a degree, employers cannot look past my disability. I haven't worked in a while and it's getting beyond a joke.
My Old Dad has spent literally a massive portion of his life savings to buy me a camera and some kit (Nikon D3300). I have to say it's going well. I'm taking meaningful, thought-out pictures every day and learning lots. I'm treating this like a 9-5 job. This is make or break for me.
Even though I am reading lots and watching lots of videos I feel better if I'm learning from a 'structure'. It provides me with a clear path and also provides targets for me to hit as it were. It comes form my Uni learning, I guess.
Is there anyone who can lend me or allow me access to such a 'formalised' course, *please*? Things like the Fro Knows Photo disc is also good - *if* that is legal to do so. I'm not asking anyone to do anything that would be wrong. As I understand it, it is legal to treat discs like a library book, where one person can access it at any one time. I would post the disc back when done which would be quick as that is how I learn.
I have asked these learning providers but this has drawn a blank sadly.
Already I am providing photo-sets to people like me who cannot afford them. My aim is get get something of an income and always to do shots for people who can't afford it. Ironically, I think my niche is going to be within the extreme poverty/disability subset of society - I just feel so much passion there.
Can you help at all, please?
Thanks for your time to read me.
Kevin
