On most photosafaris guests tend to shoot a burst of Hyena pictures on the first day or two, then unless they get a chance to witness these animals on a kill they give them less attention. Typically in Amboseli I focus on the elephant population but on my last trip we came across a family of Hyenas with several pups still without their spots. We spent around 20 minutes capturing the interaction. Below are a couple of shots.
