What's the easiest way to get rid of these power lines in Lightroom?

A little help please. I've always had trouble using the clone or healing brushes on things like this. Anyone have any suggestions on getting rid of these power lines? Please tell me how to do it.

Clone & Heal tools.




Clone it out first. But the colors will most likely be a bit off, so use the heal tool to 'smooth' it out.

Spend a few minutes watching this .. About 2 mins in you will see how to do it.

I've used that feature in LR. Pretty easy to use as well.
