I've decided I'm going to wait for a 20MM, or less, FF prime that doesn't require an adapter. I hope I don't have to wait too long.

You can use almost any glass on the A7ii....but the problem is if you're using some of the best glass out there, the lens becomes more top heavy and makes the camera unbalanced. That being said, I don't think that would apply to you Ted if you're looking forward to a 20mm or less. That should make for a pretty balanced setup. Good luck and I'm sure you will find a great lens.
