Viewfinder dim

Is there any way of making the viewfinder info brighter?

I don't think so The main time I have problems seeing the info in the view finder is in bright sunlight from the side. Usually I can block the sun with my hand and then see the settings.

I use hoodman hoodeye cups.

Thanks Scott for reminding me of that. A few weeks ago while having the sun glare problem, I thought to myself, "I am going to have to look into an eyecup for my camera." Maybe next week. Ha!

I use them too. Very effective at blocking out stray light..
