Yes, it's already happened here! These are taken looking over the Indian Ocean at North Beach, here in Perth, Western Australia. It was cloudless, so I had to be a little imaginative with my processing!

I'm planning to do just that, Eyelight.

I was not high enough (elevation wise) to catch the sunset at the far horizon, so opted for a few ancillary subjects to aid the primary.
