Dust under focusing screen

Good morning, I have noticed some dust under the focusing screen on my D3200. While it doesn't affect the images, it is a little annoying to have to look at a little squiggly line all the time. What can I do about it? I can see some sort of clip holding the screen in place but I don't want to start poking around and breaking something.

Focusing Screen Installation Guides - KatzEye Optics

KatzEye Optics makes split-ring focus screens... The site above lists their installation guides for installing their focus screens. You can probably use their installation guides to guide you in removing YOUR focus screen, cleaning it, and then re-installing the screen... *Obviously, the process may not be suited to someone that isn't 100% confident in their skills, and willing to take the necessary risks.... Normal caveats apply...

I saw a thread on here through an internet search about upgrading the focus screen. Doesn't look too bad. I have a Sigma 55-200 that I can only use manually, upgrading may be an option.
