Does it have a rotate function so you can level out the horizons?

I like the shots (nice and crisp), but the Blue channel needs to be dialed back pretty hard, they're very "cool".

I'd bump the Red channel and increase the contrast a bit too.

That, or the OP's monitor is not calibrated.

It look like HDR. Even photomatix can have a tendency to color cast certain shades of shadows. I almost always have to color correct these in PS after the photomatix treatment.

weebee, what tools were you able to use in this free program? What is it called?

Yup, I knew some weren't perfect. And I'm still playing around with this.

Photo Director looks somewhat interesting. Their website shows a newer version is available. I wish they would show larger images of the interface, but I guess I could always download this older version to see whether I like it.
