Hello everyone,
I found this forum through tapatalk and joined, hopefully to learn how to use my Nikon.
Boxing Day 2013 I purchased what I would consider a beginner set up, this included
Nikon D5200 with 18-55mm
Nikon 70-300 Lens
Few cleaning accessories
2x 32gb SD cards
Bag
Spare battery
Tripod
The larger lens sure has come in handy and I am glad I purchased it.
I compete in Pointing dog field trial where the dogs are handled off horseback, we compete in dog shows, hunt, fish, and keep reptiles. I used to keep a reef tank as well but don't anymore unfortunately.
I was able to take the camera to the Canada Day fireworks which I got some nice pictures of.
