Posing - Lighting Diagrams - Studio... Resources?

Can anyone suggest a few sites to learn about Studio Photography?
Hit up a few on lighting diagrams, but did not seem very complete.

Looking for something that shows the final shot along with lighting setup & things like that

would you by any chance know of this site.. where you can view tons of portraits in thumbnail, and when you click on any of them, it shows the ligthing diagram, EXIF and lighting power ratios... etc??

Oh.. and BTW, i stumbled upon this book.
Guess it's free... and no idea about the content...

Unfortntely not. I have several books at home like that but they are 1500 miles away at the moment
