Question about AE-L/AF-L button

Hello there.

I bought a new D3200 camera and diving in on the photography science.

I have a specific question that didn't find an answer for it anywhere-

If I configure my AE-L/AF-L button to AE-lock/AE-lock hold how can I lock the focus if I shoot in AF-C focus mode.
(In AF-S the answer is simple because the focus locks when the shutter is half pressed.)

shoot in af s , if its on continuous it will continuous focus , or you could do back button focus where you hold the programmed button on for continuous of push it once for single , not sure if the 3200 has that option though , never used one

Depending on what lens you are using some have a focus lock button.
