Photographing the inner ear

My children are asking how this is done and I honestly have no idea. I was hoping to get the answer on Nikonites!

Actually, an endoscope I think is for internal views, I think it would be an otoscope. But do they make ones with built in cameras? I assume so, I just couldn't find them to show them how its done.

Ahh, found my answer... apparently a search for video photo otoscope shows the tool!

I think the principal is the same... long, narrow tubular camera with a light on the end.
