Blue Ridge Parkway Snapshots

I'm not going to make a large number of posts, so there will only be two with a bunch of scenery. The weather was poor with a great deal of fog. I did what I could, but I was very disappointed. I had an original scheme that included 54 pre-planned stops for photos. I didn't get a dozen and I'm glad I didn't drive off a mountain.

It's a beautiful trip, if you can see it.

The majority of photos were taken with the Nikon 24-85VR.

Very nice Ted. You may not be happy with your capture rate, but I am. I don't have a long enough lens to capture those pictures from where I am. ;)

Are you on the way to your winter witness protection hide out?

Ted your photos are always so well composed and so … crisp and clear. Great shots mate.

As a matter of interest do you drive with the camera on in "continuous release" mode just in case you do drive off the mountain and get an opportunity for some unusual action shots? :friendly_wink:
