Nikon d7000 TIMELAPSE LIFETIME CARE

I'm planning to do a lot time-lapse photgraphy with my nikon d7000 Is it possible to permanently lock the mirror in the up position?
to avoid any damage or reduce my DSLR's lifetime
how i can do it?
