Help with wide angle lens kit

Very new to the DSLR world. I recently purchased the D3300 and in the bundle was a Vivitar lens kit. It says it fits lenses with 46mm, 49mm, 52mm, 55mm and 58mm thread diameter. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to attach it to the camera body. I called Vivitar and they said they would email instructions, but never have. Can anyone help me out? I am wondering if I need some sort of converter thread to make these lenses attach.

It sounds like you have the converters that screw onto the lens,if so dont expect much in the way of quality

Thanks for the reply MikeW- I realize that the lenses are not going to be high quality- I would just like to figure out how to attach them to my camera.

The 'lens' does not attach directly to the camera.... it goes on to the front of your regular lens.

The 'lens' comes with a handful of threaded adapters, which are very common. You just need to find the one that fits your camera lens, then the 'wide-angle lens' will thread onto it.
