First its a great location and composition.
Personally I would crop out right hand side foreground structures and just show the bridge.
The lights are a bit overexposed washing out some of the detail in the water so it might have been better to either do some bracketed exposures and combine into a HDR image.
Or
Expose the shot for the highlights and then bring up the background in PP.
Overall though a very nice shot hope this helps.
