SB-910 & SB-800 off camera using D810 Built-in flash as Commander, into Rogue FlashBenders

I'm impressed. Did you leave the camera settings as they were when delivered, other than for exposure mode and exposure settings? If not, what was changed?

In addition to what is noted above, the sharpening in Picture Control was set to 6, Clarity (a new setting within Picture Control) was set to +2.5, Saturation +1, 14-bit raw lossless compressed, spot metering, Group AF.
