Need a lense for d3100 sports photography

Now I am going to a gymnastics event in late august and would like a nice lense for it. Right now the only lenses I own are the kit lens and a 50mm 1.8g lens. The thing is although I'm sitting in very good seats I don't think I will have quite enough zoom to get what I want.

The other thing is I'm 14 and don't have any real job so I'm on an extremely tight budget.

My budget is 100-150 used refurbished doesn't matter to me eBay links would be greatly appreciated

It is over your budget, but I've been very pleased with the refurb 55-300 I got for my D3200. It is currently $229 direct from Nikon.

You will be restricting yourself with that budget.
So maybe these might help if you can find a good deal.
70-210 F4 AF (Older lens, but you will have to manually focus, however you can keep the aperture at a constant F4... good thing)
55-200 F4.5-5.6 AF-S G VR (You'll probably want this more for the VR)
