Help!

I'm not even sure how to describe the following issue! I noticed this happening on a maternity shoot a couple of weeks ago, and this photo was taken today. I have used 3 of my lenses, used different SD cards, and have changed different settings. 3/4 of my images are turning out this way! Some images have given me terrible focus and exposure, both on manual and auto-focus. I am constantly checking my surroundings and adjusting my settings. Firmware is current on my camera. This is SOOC. (aside from saving it as jpeg from raw) HOW do I describe this? Is there help in fixing this? I have several shoots coming up and I want to cry!! My camera body is about 6 months old and still under warranty.

Send it to Nikon USA for warranty work. Create an account with them and follow the process on how to ship your product. There is nothing that we can do with your camera's issue. It looks like a sensor problem.
