Not wild guessing , but the general colors and proportions fit , I see these all the time so Im very familiar with them ..to me its very obvious what it is,
but bird ID is often a process ,, no always a process of elimination. You just dont always need fine detail to know what one is.
But yes theres a tiny chance of error.

I'd say you nailed it. The bird that was in focus sitting on a rail was a Boat Tailed Grackle (I believe) and this one with a few others blew past in the background.
