Which compact flash for D200

The old microdrive finally crapped out. Looking to replace with a CF card. Since the CF availability has changed, looking for guidance on what should I get. Any recommendation that is guaranteed to work on D200 and available for purchase from Amazon/B-H?

Also would be interested if some one is using any SD->CF Adapter with D200?

The D200 manual page 183 recommended these cards in the day (generally still available):

SDCFX (Extreme III) 1 GB, 2 GB, 4 GB

High speed 40× with Write Acceleration (WA) 256 MB, 512 MB, 1 GB
